Discrete Shipping

***Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there could be delays in shipping***

We always try to keep our packaging as discreet as possible. All packages will give no indication on the outside as to the contents of the package.

There will be no branding of "Cuck In Chastity" on any of the outside package. 

Small orders will be sent bubble mailers, while larger orders will be sent in cardboard containers.

Domestic Shipping

All orders placed will ship out within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping times in the continental US (i.e. excluding Hawaii and Alaska) is 4 - 6 days after leaving the warehouse. 

International Shipping

Cuck In Chastity is based in the U.S. 

We ship all over the world. However, keep in mind that some countries have VERY strict laws against sex toys (such as Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, and Vietnam). 

Please ensure that you are legally allowed to import sex toys into your home country before placing any orders.

We cannot accept responsibility for any orders that cannot be completed due to laws governing the ban of sex toys. 

Standard international shipping is 7 - 30 business days. 

Yes, we know that is a long time, but unfortunately, faster solutions are prohibitively expensive.

For instance, expedited shipping through our carriers would cost over $30 dollars for a 1 kg item to most countries. 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products coming into contact with bodily fluids, we are unable to process any returns/refunds after the shipping box has been opened – even if an individually wrapped product is still left unopened – as it becomes a health hazard for other customers and must be treated as such.

You understand and agree that once the shipping container has been opened, it is no longer eligible for any returns or refunds, and if a return or refund is granted, it is at our sole discretion (in which case a restocking/shipping fee of up to 30% of the purchase price will be deducted from any potential returns).

Shipping return labels must be paid by the customer.

Given the nature of digital items, once a digital item has been ordered and received by the customer, no returns are accepted.
